Total wait time = order processing time + shipping time. All orders typically take 2–3 business days to process. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. International deliveries typically take 8–12 business days.

You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed, and you will receive a full refund in 1-3 business days. However, we are not able to cancel it if it’s been processed and shipped, if customer insists to cancel before shipping, we will charge 15% restocking fee for the processing.

Our products are all made in China, and I have established cooperation with various artisan studios. We are responsible for sales.
