Do You Ship To My Country?
Yes. We only provide shipping services to these four countries (The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia).
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Free shipping on orders over $80. Otherwise, a flat rate of $6 will be charged to all countries.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?
The total waiting time = order processing time + shipping time.
For all orders, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process.
Orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. International shipping (plus order processing time) typically takes 10-15 business days.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

What If The Package Doesn’t Arrive?
